Refund Policy
1. Purpose
This Refund Policy ensures transparency and trust in transactions conducted through the JustforPay platform, in compliance with the RBI’s guidelines on digital payments and consumer protection ethics.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
• Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
• Failed Transactions: Amount debited from the customer’s account but not credited to the beneficiary or service.
• Duplicate Payments: Accidental double transactions for the same service.
• Unauthorized/Erroneous Transactions: Verified cases reported through official channels.
3. Refund Process
• Users must raise a refund request via support@justforpay.in
or through their portal dashboard within 7 working days of the transaction.
• Refunds will be processed only after verification with our banking and API partnersOnce validated, refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days to the original payment source
• Once validated, refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days to the original payment source
• In case of delays caused by third-party service providers or banks, users will be notified via email or SMS.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
• Transactions involving incorrect details entered by the user (e.g., wrong number/account ).
• Transactions reported after 7 working days without proper documentation.
5. Dispute & Escalation
If a user is not satisfied with the refund resolution, they may escalate the issue to our Grievance Officer.
